Upcoming Smartphones in India

Planning to buy new Smartphone? Confused whether to buy now or to wait and see the upcoming launches.  I have tried to minimize you confusion. In this post we will have a look at some of the android Smartphone’s which are ready to launch in coming quarter.

Smartphone market in India has been growing in a massive scale. Since most of the Chinese Smartphone makers are taking interest in entering India, the population of the brands are also growing in a massive scale. Recently companies like Oppo and Xiaomi have entered the Indian market and operating the business successfully.

So here is the list of upcoming Smartphone’s:

Motorola Moto X +1: (Expected launch date: 4^th Sept)

Motorola has come back in india with a bang launching their 3 phones Moto G, Moto x and Moto E. Now they are working on successor of Moto x with improved feature and hardware. According to the news, this phone is expected to get 5.2 inch screen with 1920 x 1080 resolution. This phone will be  powered by quad-core 2.5 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 supported by 2 GB RAM. It will have 13 MP back camera with LED support and 5MP front camera.

Motorola Moto G2: (Expected launch date: 4^th Sept)

Moto G has already shaken Indian Smartphone industry with superior specs at an affordable price. Now its successor Moto G2 is expected to take Moto G’s legacy forward. This phone is expected to have 5 inch HD display and 1 GB of RAM. The phone will come is 2 variants 8 and 16GB.

Xiaomi MI4: (Expected launch in December)

With an exception success of MI3, Xiaomi  is planning to storm Indian market with its flagship device MI4. The phone will be running on 2.5 Ghz snapdragon 801 chipset supported by 3Gb of RAM. It may run of Xiaomi’s latest MIUI 6. Display will be 5 inch full HD. It will have 13 Mp back and 8 MP front camera. This phone could be available in 2 variants 16 and 64 GB  with price brand of approx Rs.20000 to 25000. 

Xiaomi Redmi 1s: (Sales will start on Flipkart from 2^nd sept.)

Redmi 1s is a budget from from Xiaomi which will be available with a price band of Rs.5999. at this price this phone is a steal.. This phone will run on 1.6 Ghz snapdragon 400 quad core processor with 1 GB of RAM. Phone will run on 4.3 Jelly bean . Unlike MI3, this phone has 8 GB in build storage with an option to expand through SD card.

Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini: 

Samsung is all set to launch mini version of their popular device Galaxy S5. This will feature 4.5 inch super AMOLED HD display. It will run on 1.4 Ghz quad core processor and supported by 1.5 GB RAM. It will have 16Gb inbuilt memory which can be expanded upto 64GB. The Phone will run on Android 4.4 Kitkat. It will have 8 MP rear and 2.1 MP front camera. This phone will be available on Flipkart.

Along with above Android phones, Apple is also planning to launch Iphone 6 and is expected to launch on 9th Sept.
