Lenovo K3 Note review - Good Budget phone under Rs.10000

Lenovo K3 Note is another recently launched smartphone which is ready to storm Indian mobile market. Since its launch, it has become very popular for those who wants budget phone with premium features. In its two flash sale on Flipkart, it sold out within 5 seconds. There are reasons why this phone is becoming so popular. one is specs of the device and second is price(Rs.9,999) at which it is available.

Design and Build Quality:
If you have used lenovo's earlier phones such as A6000, A7000 you will hardly feel any difference with this device. The body is made of plastic and rear has matt finish cover. Volume rocker and power button is on the right hand side and micro USB and 3.5 mm jack are on the top. It has 3 capacitive buttons at the bottom, but bad part is they are not backlit. Its a dual sim handset and both the sim slots supports 4G/3G/2G.

Display:
Lenovo K3 note sports 5.5 Full HD display which is great for all those who wants big screen phone. The one disappointing thing about this device is it lacks Gorilla glass protection. You will have to apply scratch guard to protect your screen from scratches. Lenovo has provided scratch guard free with this device.
Display is bright and offers decent viewing angles.

Performance and Operating System:
As far as specs are concern, K3 note is a powerhouse. It has Mediatek MT6752 chip, 1.7 Cortex A53 Octa Core processor coupled with 2GB RAM and Mali T-760 GPU. Performance was smooth and we didn't face any lag while playing games also.
K3 note runs on Android Lollipop 5.0 with Lenovo's vibe UI 3.0 running on top of it.

Camera:
This device comes with 13 MP auto focus rear with flash and 5 MP fixed focus front camera. Lenovo has added several gesture based control to impress all selfie lovers. Camera quality is decent. Rear camera is capable of full HD videos and you can take pictures while shooting.

Storage and Battery Backup:
Lenovo K3 note comes with 2GB of RAM and 16 GB Internal memory. Out of 16 GB you will get about 11 GB of space. However you can extend the memory with SD card upto 32GB.
As far as battery backup is concern, it has 2900mAh battery backup which lasted around a day with moderate use.

Verdict:
Looking at the device this phone certainly capable of taking top position in budget phone category. I would certainly recommend this device for budget concision people.
However few things to be noted before buying:
-No Gorilla Glass protection
-Above average camera
- Phone is available on Flipkart with Flash sales strategy.

  1. The Lenovo K3 Note is an amazing smartphone with its fast processor, HD display, range of UI customization options and Dolby Atomos audio enhancement. The phone finds stiff competition from Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G and Micromax Yu Yureka Plus but it manages to outperform them in some way or another. The Price in India of Lenovo K3 Note is really admiring and owing to which it gets sold within seconds on the online flash sales.
